Delete your account

Delete from inside the app

Open Jaimy and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account.
Under Delete account, tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and confirm again.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email info@jadenx.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and delete your account.

What gets deleted

Your profile and sign-in (name, email)
Your learning history, progress, and session transcripts
Any workspace you solely own, including its credit balance and billing records

Active subscriptions stop renewing. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play; if you want to be sure no further charges occur, also cancel the subscription in your store account settings.

Data we may retain

After deletion we do not retain your personal data, except where we are required to keep limited records to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. Any such records are kept only for as long as the law requires and then deleted. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
