Common topics
Microphone & voice sessions
Jaimy needs microphone access to hear you during a speaking session. If the tutor can't hear you, check that you granted microphone permission in your device settings and that no other app is using the microphone.
Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions purchased in the app are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription from your store account settings. For billing questions specific to your Jaimy account, email us at info@jadenx.com.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account and data from Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app, or by emailing us. See the account deletion page for full details.
